O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent police to provide protection to the petitioner for enjoying the property in respect of Survey Nos.(i)329/2B-0.04.50, (ii) 309/9B - 0.04.00, (iii) 308/1 - 0.04.00, (iv) 308/3 - 0.04.00, (v)329/4B - 0.14.50, (vi) 329/5B - 0.03.00 (vii) 329/5A - 0.01.50, (viii) 329/7 - 0.03.50, (ix) 274/6A - 0.01.00, (ix) 308/4 - 0.04.50 (xi) 329/2A - 0.00.75 acres with 5 HP Electric Motor pumpset with deposit, situated at Kakkanur Village, Villupuram Taluk.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that she is the owner of the disputed property, and respondents 2 and 3 are causing disturbance to her. Hence, the petitioner has approached this Court with the above prayer.

3. However, on the complaint given by the petitioner, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.163 of 2016 and that the petitioner is not co-operating with the police for enquiry. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to cooperate with the police and the respondent police is directed to call all the parties and conduct enquiry in CSR.No.163 of 2016 and take action in accordance with law.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
