C.M.P.No.18373 of 2024 in A.S.S.R.No.75513 of 2024 SATHI KUMAR SUKUMARA KURUP, J., This Petition had been filed to condone the delay of 59 days in filing the A.S.SR.No.75513 of 2024.

2. The Respondent filed counter objecting to the petition.

3. I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the petition and I am satisfied with the reasons stated therein. The objection of the Respondent even though found reasonable is not accepted considering the right of Appeal of the litigant who had been aggrieved by the judgment of the trial Court. Therefore, the delay of 59 days is condoned on cost to pay Rs.1,000/- to the Legal Service Authority on or before 12.09.2024.

4. Registry is directed to number the Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission.

5. Accordingly, this C.M.P is allowed.

6. Post the case on 13.09.2024.
