The writ petition has been filed against the order of the 1st respondent, dated 05.07.2005 and to quash the same. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner mentioned that the 3rd respondent was appointed as Dean of the Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru College of Agriculture and Research Institute (PAJANCOA), by Recruitment Rules by giving him promotions and the 3rd respondent was aged about 56 at the time of the appointment as Dean of the said college. By now, he would have attained the age of superannuation. 3.The learned counsel for the 2nd and 3rd respondents submitted that the 3rd respondent/L.Nadarajan subsequently relieved from his duty on 22.10.2008 with instruction to report before the Chairman, Krishi Vidhyan Kendra, Madhur, Karaikal.

4.Accordingly, the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Peitions are closed.
