This Petition had been filed to condone the delay of 794 days in filing the Appeal in A.S.S.R.No.99041 of 2024.

2. Learned Counsel for the 7th Respondent filed counter and vehemently objects stating that the reasons stated in the affidavit are vague and no proper reasoning stated for the delay of 794 days. Therefore he seeks dismissal of the petition. Also the contention of the learned Counsel for the Respondent that the Appeal itself is not maintainable before this Court.

3. Considering the right of litigant to file Appeal, the petition to condone the delay of 794 days is condoned with heavy cost of Rs.2,000/- to be paid to the Tamil Nadu State legal Services Authority within a period of 10 days.

4. Registry is directed to number the Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission.

5. Accordingly, this C.M.P is allowed.
