The Writ Petition is filed praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 09.03.2016 and till then, not to permit any person to put up any construction in the name of the temple in the Natham Poramboke https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

land in S.No.119/1 in V.Kalathur Village to the extent of 0.30.0 hectares.

Today, when the matter is called, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 filed a counter affidavit of the 3rd respondent thereby rejecting the claim of the petitioner in detail and the same is put on record. 3.

In view of the above, considering the fact that the writ petition is filed seeking only a limited prayer to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 09.03.2016 and also the fact that the claim of the petitioner was rejected by the 3rd respondent by filing a detailed counter, nothing survives in the writ petition.
