The above petition is filed to condone the delay of 27 days in filing the above appeal.

2. The father of the deceased employee is no more. Notice has been served on his wife, the 5th respondent.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the claimants have no objection for the delay being condoned. Accordingly, the delay is condoned.

4. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if otherwise in order.
