This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent-Police to execute the NBW dated 31.07.2024 pending against the second respondent issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court (Magisterial Level) Tiruvannamalai, Tiruvannamalai District as per the direction in STC No.86 of 2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent-Police and perused the materials available on record.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent-Police submitted pursuant to the order of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court (Magisterial Level) Tiruvannamalai, NBW was executed against the second respondent/accused on 08.07.2025 and he has also subsequently appeared before the trial Court on 11.7.2025.

4. In view of the above submission, the relief sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
