2. Mr.M.Arunkumar, learned Government Advocate takes notice for respondents 2 and 3. The first respondent has been served through his counsel on record, and the name of the counsel too has been printed in the cause-list.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and no objection offered by the respondents, this petition is allowed and the delay is condoned.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to serve copy on Mr.M.Arunkumar, counsel for respondents 2 and 3.

5. Registry is directed to number the petition, if it is otherwise in order. Registry is also required to drop the name of Mr.Arumugam for R2 and R3, and print the name of Mr.M.Arunkumar, Government Advocate for R2 and R3, and post the matter 16.12.2021.
