This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to file final report in Crime No.489 of 2013 on the file of the respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that investigation in Crime No.489 of 2013 is almost completed and if four months time is granted by this Court, the investigation would be completed and final report would be filed by the respondent police before the concerned Court.

4. Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation within a period of four months from https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
