2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in Paragraph No.3 of the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.

3. The Registry is required to number the above Criminal Revision Case in Crl.RC.SR.No.39410 of 2021, if the papers are otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
