ORDER

This application has been filed to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased first respondent and rank them as respondents 2 & 3 in the above S.A. No.4 of 2018.

2. According to the petitioners, they are the appellants in the main appeal. During the pendency of the appeal, the first respondent, Dhamodharasamy died. The proposed parties are the legal representatives of the deceased first respondent. Therefore, they are impleaded as respondents 2 and 3 in the main appeal. Therefore, filed this petition.

3. The other side have not seriously objected.

4. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit and the facts and circumstances of the case, and due to the death of the sole appellant, the proposed parties have to be impleaded as proper and necessary parties.

5. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title and post the matter on 09.03.2026.
