PRAYER :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st Respondent to consider the Petitioner's representation dated 27.05.2024 for transfer of patta of lands in S.F.No.810/1, 810/3 and 810/6 in Thekkampatti Village, Coimbatore.

ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for seeking direction to the 1st Respondent to consider the Petitioner's representation dated 27.05.2024 for transfer of patta of lands in S.F.No.810/1, 810/3 and 810/6 in Thekkampatti Village, Coimbatore.

2.Since, the request of the petitioner in the above Writ Petition is only for a direction to the first respondent in the form of a mandamus to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.05.2024 for grant of transfer of patta in respect of the subject property, this Court taking note of the fact that for the last seven months, no action has been initiated by the first respondent in furtherance of the representation, issues a mandamus to the first respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 27.05.2024, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 3.Accordingly, the present Writ Petition is allowed. No costs. 2/4
