O R D E R

The petitioner was initially appointed as Grade-I Police Constable. The petitioner was finally promoted as Sub Inspector of Police. The petitioner having found that his juniors are getting more salary, submitted series of representations to the respondents requesting to revise his salary on par with his juniors.

2. It is the grievance of the petitioner that the second respondent failed to consider his representation. The petitioner is therefore before this Court.

3. The second respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation dated 07.04.2011 on merits and as per law. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The petitioner is directed to forward a copy of the representation along with a copy of this order to the second respondent.

5. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
