ORDER
This contempt petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the orders of this Court dated 15.10.2020 made in W.P.No.10805 of 2020.
2. In order to recover the award amount under Workmen Compensation Act by way of Revenue Recovery proceedings, a mandamus was sought for which was granted by this Court by the said order dated 15.10.2020.
3. Pursuant to the said order, when the contempt petition is taken up for hearing today, Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has submitted that the orders of this Court has been complied with and in support of the same, he has produced a copy of the proceedings issued by the Tahsildar, Sulur dated 05.12.2022, where, inter alia the Tahsildar has stated the following:
"3) The order of The Hon'ble High Court of Madras W.P.No.10805/2020 Dated: 15.10.2020 has been complied by the Second respondent. The above said amount has been 2/5
complied by the Second respondent. The above said amount has been recovered from the Third respondent as mentioned below and the same has been communicated to the first respondent vide Sulur Tahsildar Letter Ref.No:04214/2020/B1 Dated:27.04.2022 S.

Relying upon this communication, the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents would submit that, the entire amount of Rs.3,71,028/- which was supposed to be collected by way of Revenue Recovery proceedings have been collected, and has been communicated to the 1st respondent, in turn, for disbursal to the petitioner.
5. In view of the said compliance made by the Tahsildar concerned 3/5
as the entire award amount under Workmen Compensation Act since has been collected and already been transmitted to the 1st respondent for disbursal to the petitioner, this Court feels that no further compliance is required from the respondents, accordingly this Contempt Petition is closed.
