ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent to register case for the complaint dated 09.09.2018 preferred by the petitioner pending on the file of the 3rd respondent. 2.It is seen from records that is already a direction given by the learned Magistrate under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C. to register an FIR.

3.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of by directing the respondent police to comply with the direction given by the learned Magistrate and register an FIR within a period of one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
