O R D E R

The Government has produced G.O.Ms.No.213 dated 02.12.2022, in and by which, the direction issued by the Division Bench vide order dated 03.01.2019 have been complied with.

2.We had certain doubt about the inclusion of a provision for withdrawal of benefits conferred on the petitioner when he was working as a Secondary Grade Teacher or a Primary School Headmaster. The same has also been clarified by way of an affidavit filed by the Principal Secretary, Government Education Department.

3.Mr.R.Saseetharan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would however, have reservations regarding the explanation offered. We do not think, we could go into the question in the Contempt Petition. Since we 2/4

find substantial compliance with the order passed, this Contempt Petition is closed, leaving it open to the petitioner to challenge the G.O.Ms.No.213 dated 02.12.2022 afresh.
