ORDER

The petitioner has come up with this contempt petition for the alleged non-compliance of the order dated 22.07.2022 passed in WP.No.18463 of 2022 wherein, this court directed the Direct Revenue Officer to dispose of the revision filed by the petitioner without influencing by any of the observations made by the 1/3

appellate authority and liberty was granted to the petitioner to raise all the contentions before the Revisional Authority. Further, directed the respondents not to take any coercive steps till the disposal of the said revision.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the revision filed by the petitioner is not disposed of and the respondents have also not taken any coercive steps till now and iterated that there is no willful disobedience on the part of the respondent.

3. The aforesaid submissions have been fairly conceded by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
