Captioned WMP has been filed under Rule 15 of 'Madras High Court Writ Rules, 2021' [hereinafter 'Writ Rules 2021' for the sake of convenience and brevity] with a prayer to file a single writ petition.

Adverting to support affidavit, Mr. B. Arvind Srevatsa, learned counsel for writ petitioners submits that writ petitioners are not only husband and wife but also joint owners of the property involved in the writ petition.
