3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned counsel for the Petitioner that he unable to mobilize the funds due to his illness, time is extended for a period of one month for producing the surety in Crl.O.P.No.14105 of 2024 dated 20.06.2024.
