CMP.Nos.15878, 15881 & 15883 of 2022 & S.A.No.697 of 2016 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY.J., These petitions have been filed praying (i) to condone the delay of 38 days in filing the petition for substitution to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased appellant namely Dr.K.Parthasarathy, in the above Second Appeal, (ii) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the deceased appellant namely Dr.K.Parthasarathy in the above second appeal, (iii) to permit the petitioner/appellant to bring on record the petitioners/proposed appellants 1 to 4 as the legal heirs of the deceased appellant namely Dr.K.Parthasarathy in the above second appeal, respectively.

2.Heard, Mr.N.Srinivasulu, learned counsel for the petitioners/appellants and Mr.L.Murali Krishnan, learned counsel for the respondent.

3.The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection in allowing these petitions.
