This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 411 days in representation of the above Second Appeal in S.A.SR.No.68435 of 2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the materials available on record.

3. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners are directed to pay a sum of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees one thousand only) to the Tamil Nadu Legal Service Authority, Chennai, within a period of two week from today and on such payment the delay of 411 days in representation of the above S.A.SR.No.68435 of 2023 is condoned.
