This petition has been filed to amend the offences as Section 417, 376, 342, 294(b) of IPC and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act instead of Section 417, 376, 342, 294(b) of IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Women Harassment Act in the order copy dated 12.06.2024 passed in Crl.O.P.No.13661 of 2024.

2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed along with the above petition.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the order copy dated 12.06.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.13661 of 2024 and issue a fresh order copy to the parties.

Time is extended for a further period of fifteen days to comply the order passed by this Court in the above Criminal Original Petition.
