ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 1st Respondent to implement the order of the Inspector of Labour, Villupuram passed in Pa.Mu.No.A/1322/2008, dated 2.3.2016 and absorb the Petitioners as permanent employees of the Respondent Corporation.

2. This court heard the learned counsel on either side and also perused the materials placed on record.

3. Though the prayer in this Writ Petition is for a larger relief, the learned counsel for the petitioner has confined his argument to the limited extent of directing the respondents to consider and dispose of the representation of the Petitioner dated 11.7.2016, expeditiously. Considering the limited prayer now sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, the respondents are directed to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 11.7.2016, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
