This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 1157 days in filing the above appeal against the judgement and sentence dated 03.02.2021 passed in Spl.S.C.No.11 of 2019 by the Learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Krishnagiri , Krishnagiri District.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 1157 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
