O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the impugned order passed by the second respondent dated 03.07.2024 vide AN.No.10187/15.

2. The petitioner has purchased 907 sq. ft. in 2015 for the total payment of Rs.43,29,400/- to be paid in 10 years on monthly installment of 35,250//- Till December 2023, the petitioner has paid Rs.35,10,270/- inclusive of installment and deposit. The petitioner has to pay the balance amount of Rs.8,19,130/- only. He was issued a eviction order notice on 03.07.2024 which is under challenge.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court, without interfering with the impugned order, direct the respondents to consider the petitioners representation dated 13.08.2024 and pass appropriate orders within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

4. The learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the representation will be considered by the respondents and orders will be passed within the time frame as fixed by this Court.

5. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the limited request sought for by the petitioner, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the second respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 13.08.2024 after providing opportunity to the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 26.09.2024 rli To
