This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner for appearing before the respondent police, Central Crime Branch, Vepery, Chennai, daily at 10.30a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.14632 of 2023, dated 07.07.2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on 1st & 15th of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
