O R D E R

The petition has been filed seeking Succession Certificate of the securities in the name of G.Rangarajan who died intestate on 04.01.2010.

2. The petitioner is the son of the deceased G.Rangarajan. The first respondent is the wife of the deceased. The respondents 2 to 5 are the daughters of the deceased. The respondents had given their consent and filed affidavits in this regard and they are also represented by the learned counsel.

3. After following the due procedure, the petitioner was directed to tender evidence. Accordingly, the petitioner examined himself as P.W.1. The death certificate and legal heir certificate of G.Rangarajan were marked as Exs.P2 & P3. The documents relating to the share certificates were marked as Exs.P4 to P5.

4. Taking into consideration the nature of the evidence recorded and the documents produced, this Original Petition stands allowed and the Succession Certificate shall be issued in favour of the petitioner, with power 2/5

to collect the debts and to receive the interest and dividends thereon and negotiate and transfer the securities specified in the Schedule hereunder on payment of appropriate succession duty, if not paid earlier. Index :Yes/No 3/5
