The petitioner has sought for electricity service connection.

As the said request is still pending consideration, the present writ petition is filed. 2.Learned counsel appearing for the respondents produced the communication which has been addressed to the petitioner dated 01.08.2016, stating that the request of the petitioner would be considered only if the petitioner produces sufficient material to show the availability of the land over which the lines could be drawn.

3. As rightly submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, it is the look out of the second respondent to do that.

4.In such view of the matter, a direction is issued to the second respondent to consider the request of the petitioner by exploring the possibility of drawing the line. Appropriate orders will have to be passed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
