This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in order dated 12.01.2023 made in Crl.M.P.No.323 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.22027 of 2022.

2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that charge sheet is filed and taken on file in Spl.S.C.No.125 of 2023 on the file of Mahila Court, Tiruvallur.

3.In the said circumstances and having satisfied with the reasons stated, the condition imposed on the petitioner is totally relaxed, however with a direction to the petitioner to appear before the concerned trial Court on the date of hearings without fail.
