ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondent herein to file the final report concerned in Crime No.29 of 2023 dated 24.01.2023 on the file of the respondent police within the stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the investigation was already over and the charge sheet has also been filed and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.282 of 2024 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Alandur.
