Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of declaration declaring the appointment of the 6th respondent as P.G.Assistant [Economics] by the 4th respondent and its approval made by the 3rd respondent on 29.07.2016 as communicated in the Letter in File No.110/2016-17 dated 08.08.2016 by the 4th respondent as illegal, null and void and consequently direct the 4th respondent to appoint the petitioner in the sanctioned post of P.G. Assistant [Economics] at the 4th respondent school and to be approved by the 3rd respondent within a reasonable period to be fixed by this Court. For Petitioner :
