This petition has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner on 24.04.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.4976 of 2023 to execute the sureties and to comply with the other conditions.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the petitioner is directed to execute the sureties and comply with the other conditions as ordered by this Court, on or before 06.10.2023, failing which, the order passed by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled.
