ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested by the respondent police for an offence under Sections 397 and 411 IPC in Crime No.263 of 2017, seeks bail.

2. It is the case of the prosecution that the petitioner herein who has arrayed as A1 in this case along with other accused committee a theft of Ashok leyland Dosth Lorry belonging to the defacto complainant. Hence this complaint.

3. It is seen from records that this is the third bail petition filed by the petitioner. The previous orders, dismissing the Criminal Original petitions in Crl.O.P.Nos.17126 and 19785 of 2021 was passed by this Court on 17.09.2021 and 01.11.2021.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that there is no change in circumstances after the previous orders were passed on merits. Hence, the learned Government Advocate vehemently opposed to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, no change of circumstances arises for considering the third bail petition.
