These petitions are filed by the petitioner / appellant seeking to condone the delay of 97 days in filing the above Appeals.

2. Heard both sides. The learned Counsel appearing for the respondents has no serious objection for ordering these petitions.

3. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned and these petitions are accordingly, ordered.
