This Criminal Original petition has been filed seeking to withdraw the M.C.No.36 of 2016 on the file of the Family Court, Chengalpattu and transfer the same to the file of the Judicial magistrate Court at Thirukazhukundram.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the main case in M.C.No.19 of 2016 itself has already been disposed by the learned Family Court, Chengalpattu.

3.In view of the above, nothing survives in this Criminal Original petition and accordingly, all the Criminal Original petition is closed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
