ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 498-A,294(b) and 506(ii) IPC, in Crime No.Not known of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.158 of 2021, against the petitioner based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant.

3.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent police is harassing the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances, the respondent police is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order/uploading of the order in the Website. The parties are directed to cooperate with the enquiry.
