This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 1 day in filing this criminal revision petition against the order dated 17.03.2025 in Crl.MP.No.905 of 2025 by the learned Sessions Judge, I Additional Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under NDPS Act, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the aforesaid delay of 1 day is condoned and the petition is ordered.
