This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.4884 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.4884 of 2025, dated 17.03.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on first and third Monday of every month at 10.30a.m.,v until further orders. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly. He further submits that the investigation has been completed and final report has also been filed in C.C.No.300 of 2025.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25177 of 2024, dated 17.03.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates at 10.30a.m., without fail.
