By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2.The petitioner contends that the death certificate of her husband Jalenthiran, the name of the wife has been indicated as Kannammal and not her name. Therefore, she seeks a direction to the respondents herein to mention the petitioner's name as the wife of Jalenthiran in the place of Kannammal.
3.Mrs.N.Senthil Selvi, the learned Government Advocate has taken notice for the respondents 1 and 2. The learned counsel for the respondents makes a statement on written instruction that the late Jalenthiran was married twice and both Kannammal and Jaya are his two wives.
4.Given the fact that Jalenthiran is said to have married twice, it is only appropriate for the petitioner to approach the Civil Court for appropriate remedies.
5.The writ petition stands accordingly disposed of. No costs. 2/4
