ORDER

Challenging the demand notice dated 04.02.2010 issued by the respondent, with regard to arrears of rent pertaining to a restaurant run by the petitioner in Dharapuram Central Bus Stand, the present writ petition came to be filed.

2. When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner had already been evicted from the premises, which has not been opposed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Recording the aforesaid submissions by the learned counsel on either side, this writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed.
