ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.S.Sivakumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader, for respondents 1 to 4.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondents 5 and 6 have committed encroachment in S.No.209, Arasur Village, Cheyyar Taluk, and have obstructed the free flow of water.

3. Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader submits

that survey was conducted and some encroachment has been found; and that action would be taken against the encroachers in accordance with law.

4. In view of the statement made by the state Government Pleader, writ petition is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
