ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent Police to register the case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 04.11.2021 and investigate the same in accordance with law within time limit stipulated by this Court.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that he was assaulted by two unknown persons and he sustained injuries and hence he lodged a complaint on 04.11.2021. Though CSR.No.1455 of 2021 was assigned on 16.11.2021, no action has been taken so far.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that the petitioner had lived with one Jammuruthbee, who was already married and got two children. For the reason best known to him, the petitioner is now avoiding the said Jammuruthbee by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

giving various reasons and not take care of the said Jammuruthbee and her children. Hence, there is a complaint and counter complaint.

4. In view of the same, it is seen that it is a dispute between a couple, however the complaint was given projecting it as an assault made on the petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police along with Jammuruthbee on 02.12.2021, and the respondent police shall enquire them and take appropriate steps in accordance with law.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
