A.No.4411 of 2022 is filed to implead the applicant namely Madras Purasawalkam Hindu Janopakara Saswatha Nidhi Depositors Association as a defendant in C.S.No.721 of 1998.

2.The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant has to be impleaded in order to safeguard the interest of depositors of Madras Purasawalkam Hindu Janopakara Saswatha Nidhi. 3.The learned counsel appearing for respondents have no objection for allowing this application.

4.In the facts and circumstances of the case, where it is expressed that it is no more possible for running the nidhi without selling the properties, this Court is of the considered view that the impleadment of applicant is necessary to safeguard the interest of the depositors. In this view of the matter, this application is allowed. Therefore, the plaintiffs are directed to file a proper amendment petition for impleading the applicant in C.S.No.728 of 1998 as 1/3

defendant. The plaintiffs and the defendants are directed to file necessary terms of reference to help the Court in the disposal of the matter in issue. 5.Post the matter on 28.10.2022.
