I am satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of C.M.P.No.18428 of 2023 and the delay is condoned and C.M.P.No.18428 of 2023 is accordingly ordered. In view of the order passed in C.M.P.No.18428 of 2023, C.M.P.Nos.18424 & 18411 of 2023 are also ordered.
