ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner is stated to have passed away and no steps have been taken till date to bring the legal heirs on record.

2. A perusal of the counter affidavit shows that all the encroachments in S.F.Nos.167, 447, 448, etc., in Seventhipatti Village, already stand removed on 18.8.2010, except the encroachment made by the petitioner.

3. Interim orders were initially granted only for four weeks and not extended.

We, thus, close the proceedings. No costs. Consequently, M.P.Nos.1 and 2 of 2010 are closed.
