Considering the limited prayer sought for, notice to the respondents is deemed unnecessary.

2. The petitioner seeks a direction for early disposal of the application in I.A.No.33 of 2021 in O.S.No.16 of 2021, pending on the file of the learned District Munsif, Madhavaram.

3. It is stated that the application in I.A.No.33 of 2021 is an application seeking to carryout the consequential amendment necessitated because of impleading the legal representatives of the deceased 1st defendant who died pending suit. The suit was originally filed before the learned District Munsif, Thiruvottriyur in the year 2014 and the same has been transferred to the District Munsif Court, Madhavaram in 2021.

4. Considering the limited scope of the application in I.A.No.33 of 2021 and the fact that the petition to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased 1st defendant has already been ordered, there Page No.2/4

will be a direction to the learned District Munsif, Madhavaram to dispose of the application in I.A.No.33 of 2021 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order in this Revision.
