This petition has been filed to modify the condition 8[b] imposed by this Court, upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.13943 of 2023 dated 22.06.2023.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition 8 [b] imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.13943 of 2023 dated 22.06.2023 is alone modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
