PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to direct the respondents to register the petitioner's complaint dated on 01.11.2021 and investigate the matter in accordance with law.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondents to register the petitioner's complaint dated on 01.11.2021 and investigate the matter in accordance with law. 2.The contention of the petitioner is that the petitioner had lodged the complaints before the respondent police on 01.11.2021 against one Gunasekaran and C.S.R.No.682 of 2021 assigned on the same day, thereafter, no action has been taken by the respondent police.

3.The learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] submits that the said Gunasekaran is the accused in several other cases, which are pending on the file of the Ramanatham Police Station. He further submits that there is a similar nature of case as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

that of in C.S.R.No.682 of 2021, pending against the said Gunasekarn in Crime No.216 of 2021 on the file of the said Police Station.

4.Considering the submissions and on perusal of the materials, this Court finds that no separate FIR is to be registered on the petitioner's complaint for the similar nature of complaint and the respondent police is directed to include the petitioner as a victim and witness in Crime No.216 of 2021. 5.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
