The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 8(c), 20(b)(ii)(B) of NDPS Act, Sections 6, 24(1) of COTP Act and Section 273 of IPC, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner is not an accused in this case.
