Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 herein to survey the property comprised in SF.No.96/1A1(Ward-AK, Block-76, TS.No.2 patta No.218) of Thathampatti village, Salem Taluk and District with the help of the 3rd respondent by considering the representation of the petitioner herein dated 7.5.2024 within a reasonable time as fixed by this Court. 1/5

O R D E R

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondent to survey the property comprised in S.F.No.96/1A1 (Ward -AK, Block 76, T.S.No.2 patta No.218) of Thathampatti Village, Salem Taluk and District, by considering his representation dated 07.05.2024.

2. It is seen from the typed set of papers, the petitioner has submitted an application on 07.05.2024 seeking survey of the above mentioned land and the same has not been considered till date. Therefore, he is before this Court.

3. Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader takes 2/5

notice for the respondents 1 & 2 would submit that already date is fixed for survey of the land on 19.08.2024 and necessary notices were dispatched to the fourth respondent and other adjacent land owners. The said statement made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 is recorded.

4. The petitioner is directed to extend full cooperation for survey of the land on 19.08.2024. Since the date is already fixed for survey of the land, the first respondent is directed to complete the survey of the land and pass final orders, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
